What is the estimated time to recharge?
The Helix Pro takes about 4 hours to charge the hearing aids and it takes about 6 hours to charge the carrying case.
How long does shipping take?
We have the Helix Pro IN STOCK at the moment. This means that you can expect your CIC Pro to arrive to your home within 2-4 business days.
Can I do payments on these?
Yes! We offer Shop Pay which allows anyone to do payment plans. Simply go through the checkout process and follow Shop Pay's instructions!
What is the warranty?
All of our hearing aids come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty which covers the hearing aid being damaged from the factory. Additionally, you can purchase a 1-year extended warranty for $50 that covers everything! This will be prompted to you once you fully checkout.
Why are your prices so low?
When the government changed the rules for OTC hearing aids, the monopoly that the big hearing aid companies and audiologists had on the market was broken. The real truth is that hearing aids for most people don't actually cost that much to produce. What IS expensive are the doctors, offices, and procedures that the industry relied on for decades to boost their profits. 90% of most people just need a generalized hearing aid, and not a specialized one. For once, the government did something right!
Do I need a prescription?
No. Our aids are designed for most people's generalized hearing issues. With cutting-edge technology, Begin Hearing offers affordable hearing aids that are customizable with a variety of ear tips offering you a choice of materials, sizes, and shapes that come free with each pair.
Are they hard to take care of?
In a word--no! Some simple maintenance and care will keep your Begin Hearing aids working properly for several years. The most important things to do are to use the brush that comes with them to make sure the charging tabs are clean, that the input and output locations are clean. Wax guards should be changed as needed--likely once every week or two. And that's really it! Don't wear them in the shower. Try not to drop them on a hard surface. Don't forget them in your pocket before you do the laundry.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is 100 days! We officially have a 100-day money-back guarantee return policy if you are not completely satisfied with your Begin Hearing product. Call our support staff and be sure to ask for a Return Product Form, which they will email to you. We also offer a 12-month manufacturers warranty, should your hearing aids develop any problems due to workmanship or design. Again, simply contact us with the issue, send us the product, and we will either fix the problem or send you a new one.
Will these be too big for me?
Not even a little! We have carefully designed these hearing aids to have ultimate comfort and ultimate discretion. We also offer several different sizes of ear tips for a fully customizable experience and guaranteed fit!
